Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Crisp, even cut on Bermuda or rye — front, back, side strips — with edged borders and walks blown clean every visit.

Weekly in summer, every other week on overseeded rye in winter. We change cut height by season so summer Bermuda holds moisture and rye doesn’t get scalped on a hot January afternoon. Edged at every visit, walks and the driveway blown clean before we leave.

  • Edging & Trimming

Deliberate, deep edges along walks, driveways, and decomposed-granite borders — and string-trim around block walls and citrus.

Power-edged borders against concrete and DG that hold the line for the full week, careful trim work around block walls, citrus trunks, and irrigation valves, and a final pass with the blower so nothing carries over to the patio or street.

  • Desert Bed Maintenance

Hand-pull weeds out of the granite, prune lantana and ruellia at the right time, and keep the agave and ocotillo looking like someone tends them.

Hand-pulled weeds out of decomposed granite (no glyphosate near edibles unless you ask), seasonal pruning timed to each plant — lantana hard-cut in February, sage tipped after bloom, ocotillo left alone — and a top-up of granite or bark to keep beds looking sharp.

  • Tree Service

Mesquite, palo verde, palm skinning, citrus thinning. Pruned to keep the canopy open and the trunk healthy — not chopped to a Q-tip.

Proper mesquite and palo verde shaping (we leave the structure intact, not topped), palm skinning at the right height, citrus thinning so air moves through the canopy, and full removals when a tree has to go. Hauled away the same day.

  • Drip & Sprinkler Tune-Ups

Drip lines crack in the Buckeye sun. We replace emitters, find the slow leaks under the granite, and reprogram the controller for the season.

Drip-line repair (the part most lawn crews skip), emitter swaps, valve diagnosis, controller reprogramming for monsoon and winter, and a walk-through with you so every zone hits what it should — not the sidewalk.

  • New-Build Cleanup

Just closed on a Verrado, Sundance, or Tartesso build? We clear the construction grit, set the granite, and get the back yard usable.

For brand-new homes: hauling off the leftover construction debris the builder didn’t take, rough-grading the back yard, laying weed barrier and decomposed granite, planting the first round of low-water shrubs, and pointing the drip lines at things that will actually grow. The first cut once you’ve got grass is included.

  • Granite & Mulch

Decomposed granite or bark mulch, delivered and hand-spread to a level depth — fresh look, fewer weeds.

Bulk-delivered DG or bark, hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and trees with a clean edge against the lawn or walkway. We pull last year’s clumped material out first if it needs it.

  • Pavers & Hardscape

Travertine, concrete pavers, flagstone walks. Proper base, polymeric sand, edges that hold through monsoon.

Travertine and concrete pavers set on compacted base with a geotextile underlayment, polymeric sand, and edge restraint. Done right so the surface stays level a decade later — even with the way Arizona soil moves.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
