What we do
Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.
Crisp, even cut on Bermuda or rye — front, back, side strips — with edged borders and walks blown clean every visit.
starts at $45 · per visit
Deliberate, deep edges along walks, driveways, and decomposed-granite borders — and string-trim around block walls and citrus.
starts at $30 · per visit
Hand-pull weeds out of the granite, prune lantana and ruellia at the right time, and keep the agave and ocotillo looking like someone tends them.
starts at $85 · per visit
Mesquite, palo verde, palm skinning, citrus thinning. Pruned to keep the canopy open and the trunk healthy — not chopped to a Q-tip.
starts at $150 · per visit
Drip lines crack in the Buckeye sun. We replace emitters, find the slow leaks under the granite, and reprogram the controller for the season.
starts at $95 · per visit
Just closed on a Verrado, Sundance, or Tartesso build? We clear the construction grit, set the granite, and get the back yard usable.
starts at $450 · per visit
Decomposed granite or bark mulch, delivered and hand-spread to a level depth — fresh look, fewer weeds.
starts at $95 · per visit
Travertine, concrete pavers, flagstone walks. Proper base, polymeric sand, edges that hold through monsoon.
starts at $1800 · per visit
Buckeye yards, two ways
Front-yard turf strip on Bermuda or rye, decomposed-granite desert in back — or full xeriscape both sides. We mow the strip, blow the granite clean, hand-pull weeds out of the rock, and tune the drip line on the same visit.
The turf stripBermuda in summer, rye overseeded in winter. Cut height changes by season — high in July to hold moisture, low in January so the rye doesn’t look shaggy. Edged at every visit.
The desert sideDecomposed granite kept weed-free, drip emitters that actually emit, and shrubs pruned at the right time — lantana hard-cut in February, sage tipped after bloom, ocotillo left alone.
Where we go
From the master-planned communities at the foot of the White Tank Mountains — Verrado, Sundance, Tartesso, Westpark — east to Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, and up to Surprise. If your address isn’t on the map but is close, just ask.
How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.
Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between our visits — that’s the point.

In their words
Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.
Alex showed up on a Saturday to look at our yard the same week we called. Quoted on-site, came back Tuesday, and the front looks better now than the day we moved in. Fair price, no upsell.

We had a crack in the drip line that three other crews kept missing — the granite would be wet for no reason. Alex found it in fifteen minutes, fixed it, and the water bill dropped that month.

Quick, dependable, very reasonably priced. We use them for the weekly mow and they trimmed the mesquite without butchering it — which is harder to find in this town than you’d think.
