Front-yard turf strip on Bermuda or rye, decomposed-granite desert in back — or full xeriscape both sides. We mow the strip, blow the granite clean, hand-pull weeds out of the rock, and tune the drip line on the same visit.

- Yes. We run a Buckeye route Monday through Friday that covers Verrado, Sundance, Tartesso, Westpark, and the older neighborhoods south of I-10. If your address is in Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield Park, or Surprise, we’re probably already there too.
- Both. Honest answer: most of our Buckeye customers have a small front-yard turf strip and a desert-landscaped back yard, so we mow the strip, blow the granite clean, hand-pull weeds out of the rock, and tune the drip line on the same visit.
- Monthly flat-rate works for most weekly customers — same number every month, same crew, same morning. Per-visit billing is fine too if you prefer it. Cancel any time, no annual contract.
- We work in HOA neighborhoods all over the West Valley. We know the approved-plant lists, the turf-strip rules, and which districts care about granite color. Send the address and we’ll walk it.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll hear from us by text if it slips beyond that.
- Both. We do design and install at the residential scale — desert beds, paver patios, pony walls, drip systems, and small plant installs. For a full architectural redesign we’ll bring in a designer and project-manage from there.
